  1. Enrolment Methods

Not all course enrolments are by vouchers. Some courses can be directly purchased from our website without any vouchers.

Some of our courses are sourced from other providers and the participant is enrolled via a voucher code system.

Upon your enrolment, the provider will redeem your voucher code on the participant’s behalf to give the participant access to the purchased course/s.

By redeeming a course voucher code, the participant acknowledges and agrees that the course fee is non-refundable.

  1. Refund Policy

Course fees are refundable if the participant or the provider has not redeemed vouchers for the course/s the participant purchased or enrolled in.

For courses purchased without vouchers, the participant can cancel his/her enrolment within 5 working days from the date of enrolment or if the participant has completed less than 15% of the course contents, whichever comes first.

In the event of a course refund, a 10% admin fee will be deducted from the participant’s total course fee to cover the provider’s administrative costs.

Once a course voucher is redeemed, the course fee is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

  1. Limitation of Liability

The provider will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from using our courses.

The participant accepts full responsibility for his/her decision regarding course enrolment and participation.
